Риск и польза менопаузальной гормональной терапии
Вопросы безопасности менопаузальной гормональной терапии (МГТ) остаются предметом активного внимания врачей различных специальностей. В настоящее время накоплено достаточно данных в отношении пользы и риска МГТ, но ошибочная интерпретация и некорректное обобщение имеющихся данных в отношении рисков продолжают формировать искаженное восприятие МГТ. Часто фокус смещается именно в сторону повышенных рисков терапии, что может вызывать необоснованные страхи у врачей и пациенток. В обзоре представлен анализ исследований и основных современных данных о влиянии МГТ на риск развития венозных тромбоэмболических осложнений и рака молочной железы. Также затронуты темы коррекции кардиометаболических рисков в постменопаузе, персонификации и длительности МГТ. Полноценный анализ соотношения пользы и риска терапии, используемой конкретной женщиной, должен включать оценку тяжести вазомоторных симптомов и нарушения качества жизни, потенциальное благоприятное воздействие на здоровье в целом, включая здоровье сердечно-сосудистой системы и костной ткани/профилактику остеопоротических переломов, когнитивных нарушений и др.Балан В.Е., Андреева Е.Н., Юренева С.В., Ткачёва О.Н., Илюхин Е.А.
