Андрогены у женщин в постменопаузе
В настоящий момент активно обсуждается вопрос о применении андрогенов у женщин в постменопаузе. В обзоре представлены последние данные об изменениях гормонального профиля у женщин в постменопаузе, описаны факторы, влияющие на циркуляцию андрогенов и дана оценка влияния низких доз андрогенов на сексуальную функцию женщин в постменопаузе. Представлены клинические исследования, посвященные терапии андрогенами, а также обсуждены потенциальные риски этой терапии при лечении сексуальной дисфункции у женщин в постменопаузе.Балан В.Е., Зайдиева Я.З., Царькова А.В.
