Менопаузальные вазомоторные симптомы: социальные аспекты, динамика, кардиометаболические риски и возможности гормональной терапии

Вазомоторные симптомы (приливы и ночная потливость) являются наиболее характерными симптомами менопаузы. Однако растет число доказательств, указывающих на приливы как проявление вегетативной нейроваскулярной дизрегуляции, ставящей конкретную женщину под угрозу развития хронических заболеваний старения. В обзоре освещаются следующие вопросы: отношение женщин к менопаузе и приливам, динамика и продолжительность вазомоторных симптомов на различных стадиях репродуктивного старения, вазомоторные симптомы как маркеры кардиометаболического риска и их взаимосвязь с нарушением сна, преимущества менопаузальной гормональной терапии с антиминералокортикоидным прогестином.
