Гестационный сахарный диабет и акушерские осложнения

Гестационный сахарный диабет – не только важная медицинская, но и серьезная социальная проблема в развитых странах. Распространенность гестационного сахарного отражает рост ожирения и сахарного диабета 2 типа во всем мире. Представленные материалы демонстрируют, что в краткосрочной перспективе гестационный сахарный диабет имеет ассоциацию с несколькими сопутствующими заболеваниями матери и плода, в долгосрочной – несет высокий риск развития сахарного диабета 2 типа, сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний матери и ребенка.
Заключение. Необходим поиск универсальных маркеров для выявления женщин группы высокого риска развития гестационного сахарного диабета.
