Мотивация донорства гамет, эмбрионов и суррогатного материнства

В статье предложен обзор современной зарубежной литературы по мотивации доноров гамет и эмбрионов и суррогатному материнству. Анализируются мотивы в контексте внутрисемейного донорства, добровольного (безвозмездного) донорства, коммерческого донорства, а также случаи смешанной мотивации. При всех типах донорства доноры могут руководствоваться либо одним ведущим мотивом, либо сочетанием нескольких мотивов. Одним из ведущих мотивов донорства гамет, эмбрионов и суррогатного материнства является альтруизм, хотя он и не является единственным мотивационным фактором. Другим важным фактором, который стимулирует людей к донорству, является материальное вознаграждение. В статье также представлены исследования о том, как доноры воспринимают вознаграждение за свои услуги – эгоистически или альтруистически. Рассмотрены изменения мотивации донора, расхождения между желанием выступить донором и реальным донорством. Изучение мотивов донорства в современном российском обществе может способствовать решению важной социальной проблемы – проблемы бесплодия.
