Гормональный профиль и клинические проявления дефицита андрогенов у женщин в период менопаузы и актуальные аспекты, связанные с назначением гормональной терапии
Андрогены играют одну из ключевых ролей в физиопатологии женщин. Возрастное снижение синтеза андрогенов яичникового и надпочечникового происхождения может существенно влиять на здоровье женщин. Снижение уровня андрогенов является результатом пониженной функции яичников и связанного с возрастом снижения синтеза андрогенов надпочечниками. Относительный дефицит андрогенов у женщин в пре- и постменопаузе может вызывать ухудшение сексуальной функции, либидо, психоэмоционального здоровья и снижение когнитивных функций, а также влияет на сердечно-сосудистую и костно-мышечную системы. Возможности лечения сниженного полового влечения многогранны и должны включать в себя как менопаузальную гормонотерапию, так и индивидуальную психосоциальную терапию.Шевцова М.А., Цховребова Л.Т., Гависова А.А.
