Андрогенный дефицит у женщин различного возраста: диагностика и терапия

Проанализированы литературные данные о метаболизме андрогенов в женском организме, их влиянии на фолликуло- и оогенез и сексуальную функцию женщин различного возраста. Освещены вопросы диагностики недостаточности андрогенов и причины ее возникновения. Изучены вопросы применения андрогенов в терапии, применяемой в программах вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий, при надпочечниковой недостаточности и в постменопаузе. Дальнейшие исследования должны быть направлены на определение четких показаний для проведения терапии андрогенами, наиболее подходящего пути введения лекарственного препарата и его дозировки.
