Преждевременные роды: прошлые ограничения и новые возможности
Проведены поиск и анализ данных мировой литературы, посвященной исследованию инфекционно-воспалительного фактора как ведущего в генезе преждевременных родов. Преждевременные роды – центральная задача современного акушерства, основная причина перинатальной и младенческой заболеваемости и смертности. Детально проанализированы новые потенциальные методы диагностики спонтанных преждевременных родов и преждевременного излития околоплодных вод, а также фундаментальные этапы патогенеза данного процесса. Диагностический трансабдоминальный амниоцентез под ультразвуковой ассистенцией должен рассматриваться как значимый элемент в верификации диагноза угрожающих и неминуемых преждевременных родов с последующей коррекцией акушерского менеджмента в зависимости от полученных результатов.Горина К.А., Ходжаева З.С., Белоусов Д.М., Баранов И.И., Гохберг Я.А., Пащенко А.А.
