Обзор литературы посвящен технологиям fast-track-хирургии, программам ускоренного восстановления пациента после хирургического лечения. Ключевые позиции fast-track-хирургии направлены на оптимизацию стрессовой реакции человека и регуляцию метаболических изменений в ответ на хирургическую агрессию, значимо снижающие длительность стационарного лечения и частоту послеоперационных осложнений.
